Starting with the skincare I have been on the hunt for some new skincare products to change up my routine because my currently not very friendly and my old routine wasn't working. I decided to take it back basic and re purchase some of my old favourites which served me well before hand. First of all I re purchased the Lush Ultrabland Cleanser which I used to live on back in 2015. I went through about three tubs of the cleanser at the time and at the time my skin loved it and definitely was in better condition than what it is in now, but then I ran out of my last tub and decided to branch out and try other cleansers like the Clinique Take The Day Off balm. I still have that balm in my collection but I still love but I tend not to reach for it on a daily basis because it irritates my eyes whereas the Lush cleanser doesn't irritate me at all. Hopefully this product can help calm down my skin and I will definitely let you know how I get on with it!
Next I have a moisturiser which again I used to love back in 2016 which is the Origins Gin Zing Ultra Hydrating Moisturiser. This used to make my skin feel so amazing and when I was having partially dry patches this moisturiser sorted them right out. I stopped using this again when I ran out of the tub and since I normally buy it from Bicester Village because it is cheaper than buying it store, it wasn't worth a trip just to pick one tub up so I tried other products. I was using the Sukin Moisturiser but I feel like while my skin is this irritated I need something that I know works well and my skin likes.
On to clothing I picked up this super cute pearl top (similar) from Zara in Oxford a few days ago and I am in love. I love the safisicated but simple look of the pearls on black and think it will look super cute tucked into a high waist skirt and black tights for winter. I already have a jumper exactly the same but with longer sleeves so I know I'll get a lot of wear out of this.
I also bought two new jumpers from Newlook which are so flattering I have been throwing them on most days. They are just a simple long length design which covers my bum which is my favourite thing about them. Most jumpers now are cropped in some way and even though I love a good crop on some things... I welcome long body items into my wardrobe too! I have the jumper in burgandy and cream and love pairing them with ripped blue jeans and boots.
Lastly I have two new pairs of jeans to share with you, yes two blue pairs of ripped jeans. My excuse was I really need blue jeans... I have loads of black but not any blue jeans apart from one pair which I am absolute in love with but they have rips all over the bum. I have been on a hunt for these jeans again everywhere and couldn't find any! Then I tried these blue high waist hallie jeans from Newlook and I didn't hate them so I bought them thinking I would never find my jeans. The next day in Oxford I found the ripped blue skinny jeans I wanted AND they were in petit -dream come true! I had already wore the first pair of jeans so now I have two pairs of blue jeans but don't be mistaken, they are very different! One in a thin comfy material and the other is a thicker high waist style.

Ever since I first discovered Lush as a brand properly last year my collection has just doubled and doubled. Half of all my skincare/body and hair care collections now include Lush products and today I am talking about all my favourite Lush skincare products.
Starting with the product that I have been using the longest the Ultrabland Facial Cleanser has been a firm favourite of mine for so long now. I love this cleaner to take off my make up it makes removing my makeup so easy. I just cover my face in the cleanser and work the product into my eye area which leaves me looking like a panda. I then use a flannel to clean off the cleanser and the makeup and my face is left super clean, even my mascara is completely off. Some people have said they don't get on with this product because they feel like the product is left on their face after wards but my flannel removes all the product.
The next product is the Kalamazoo Beard and Facial Wash which is much thicker than any other facial wash I have ever used. In the tub it looks more like a balm but once it is mixed with water on your face it turns into a normal wash consistency. I really like this facial wash as it leaves my skin so soft afterwards and cleanses your skin at the same time as washing it.
A new edition to my skincare collection is the Ocean Salt Face and Body Scrub which I am still testing out right now. You can guess by the name that this scrub has extracts of the ocean in it so every time I use it I always get sea salt in my mouth which is the worse taste in the world! I must subconsciously open my month when I wash my face... haha. Anywhoo I really like this scrub to use after I have took off my makeup before I go to bed, so my face is fresh before bed.
My next skincare pot is the Mask of Magnaminty Face and Body Mask which I have owned and loved for most of the year now. This mask is so refreshing and great to use first thing in the morning to wake yourself up. I am a sucker for staying in bed all day on my day off because I am too tired to do anything but when I use this mask I feel much more awake and ready for the day. It is great at getting rid of them pesky spots that wont go away. Plus it smells of mint yummy
My last pot is the Dark Angels Cleaners which I absolutely love! It looks scary in the pot as it is black but don't let that scare you! It can be used with either a little bit of water or a lot of water depending on how thick you want the cleanser to be or how you want to use it. I like to use the cleanser as a mask so let the cleanser dry on my skin and go hard before I wash it off. It makes my skin feel so soft and smooth and clean. It is really good to freshen up the skin after I have just cleared a spot or blemish.
Lastly I have two skincare bottles that I am a big fan off. The first is the Grease Lightning Spot Treatment which was one of the first products I purchased from Lush. It leaves a layer of the treatment on my spot overnight and by the morning the spot is either dried out or ready to pop so I can get rid out it. I choose between this and my trusty Sudo Cream to deal with spots.
My last product of the day is the Enchanted Eye Cream which is my favourite product to use on my eye area. The moisturiser is so light it is perfect to put on under your makeup and sets your concealer like a primer. My eyes definitely look more awake and more alive when I use this eye cream.
And finally... that is all my Lush skincare products. Lush plays a big part in my skincare routine and I recommend their products to all my friends and family and now I am recommending them to you.

There are so many different products today to remove makeup that it can be a little confusing when your on the lookout for a new product to try. I have three sure fire products that work great to remove my makeup and are all completely different for the different moods i'm in.
The All Rounder - Lush Ultrabland Cleanser
This cleanser is amazing at melting your makeup off, the best make up remover I have every used hands down. It doesn't irritate your skin or even your eyes so it is the dream. The pot lasts for ages considering how often I have used it so it ticks all the boxes for me. I wish I had the energy and time to use this every night but sometimes I do take the easy way out...
The Lazy One - Simple Kind To Skin Cleansing Facial Wipes
Everyone uses this option after a night out or a late night because its just so easy to get it done in a few seconds and it still removes all your makeup in one go. I boycotted facials wipes for years after I heard people saying that they were really bad for your skin and look at me now, I keep a pack on my side in case I can't be bothered to go to the bathroom to remove my make up (bad I know...)
The Other One - Garnier Micellar Water
We all have that one product that we only reach for if we run out of our favourite product. Mine is this micellar water which does the job perfectly but isn't as good as the Lush Cleanser or as easy as the Simple Facial Wipes. Sometimes when I want a change I will whip out this product so that I don't get bored of using the same product.

I have tried quite a few Lush products over the last year when I discovered them (yes I know I am always late to the party) and one product has stood out for me as being the best. I started using the Ultrabland Cleanser half way through last year and since I started using it, I have never used anything else to remove my makeup.
I used to have a love hate relationship with make up as I love applying it but I dreaded removing it at the end of the day and constantly tried new cleansers and make up removers as I never got on with one product for long. Either they left product still on my skin after using it or they didn't take all my eye makeup off. This problem often left me going make up free most days because I didn't want to have the hassle of removing it.
I read a review on this cleanser (I can not remembered who's review it was so I apologise for not mentioning them) on Bloglovin and instantly wanted to give it a go. I purchased a tub from my nearest Lush store and I haven't looked back since purchasing it and I am on my second tub now.
I usually use this product by applying it with my fingers all over my face and working the product into my skin especially onto my lashes, because Lush only use natural ingredients in their products I can rub this product into my eyes and not flinch at all which makes taking off mascara so much easier. I use my flannel to wash off all the product on my face, some people find that they cant wash all the product off in one go but by using a flannel I never have an residue left. I find this cleanser so moisturising on my skin that if I am in a rush I don't feel the need to moisturise my face after. Even with my sensitive skin this product has never irritated me once which is why I love it so much. My first tub lasted me about half a year even though I used it every night and most mornings so I am really pleased with the size of the tub and the quality of the product.
If you are looking for a product that is both healthy for your skin and can be used all over your face this product is the winner. Depending on what size tub you purchase it will cost you either £7.25 or £11.50 which is not bad at all. This is definitely something to try if you suffer from sensitive skin.
