Its time again for another YouTuber round up post but with a twist. Normally I talk about beauty bloggers 90% of the time but most of my time now on YouTube is spent watching vlogs and families on the site. I thought it was about time I gave them a shout out since I haven't done a round up since February last year!
Starting off with my new favourite mummy vlogger who I have been obsessed with for the last few months. I first found Rebecca from Rebecca Lamb, a mum of two who lives in the dales, when I was searching aldi food haul videos, I am not ashamed to say I am obsessed (dont judge me...) I love watching her family vlogs and her day in the life videos, I feel like I know the family and if I was ever in the Dales I would hope I would have the courage to go over and say hi. Her two boys are so cute, Steve is so down to earth and their house is a big old fashioned cottage style house which I love. I will leave a speed cleaning video of hers below which I am obsessed with watching at the moment.
Next up I have another mummy vlogger who I found after becoming obsessed with cleaning videos and family vlogs. Lucy from Lucy Jessica Carter is a mum of two who uploads everything from cleaning videos, food hauls and makeup and clothing hauls. Her two boys are absolutely gorgeous and I love her grey stylish home. I love watching her weekend vlogs with her family and seeing what they have been up too. She has a great photo gallery wall in her living room which I have so copied! I will leave her day in the life of mum video.
Lastly for this post I have the ever cool Emma Hill. I originally found her YouTube through her blog website and fell in love with her style and manors. I love her style of clothing and I wish I could pull off the light denim jeans and blazer look. Later on in life I hope I can adopt that style and look as cool as she does. Her seasonal wardrobe clear outs are one of my favourites to watch purely to see how many pairs of jeans she actually owns goals and I will leave my favourite below. Emma is originally from Cornwall but now lives in London with her husband Simon who is hilariously unimpressed with Emma most of the time. Her style of home furniture is so chic as well, I need her bathroom and plant area!!

Next up is the last of my favourite mums of YouTube and that is Rebecca from Mrs Meldrum, Rebecca is a mum of three girls and living in Scotland. I love Rebecca's ascent, her style and her husbands love of golf. She has the ability to make any clothing look amazing on her which means her hauls are lethal to my bank balance. I will leave her supermarket autumn look book which I love everything in. I also love watching her speed cleaning videos because she has a great kitchen to watch being cleaned, does anyone understand that or am I just being weird?

I've started this follow me around post on a good weekend as it was recently my birthday so I had over a week off work to enjoy the festivities and the sunshine! This is basically a round up of my week with all the boring bits taken out which for this week there wasn't a lot of.
Saturday 2rd April
I rather have the full weekend off so I made sure I enjoyed it and on the Saturday my sister and I drove to Cambridge for the day which was lovely. The weather was really sunny and warm so the drove was picturesque and the park was the perfect place to enjoy a rest for an hour or so. We had a cheeky trip in Newlook, Primark and Lush where I bought most of the stuff I showed in my haul post. We also had a cheeky Zizi for lunch which was amazing, we had pizza and garlic and herb potatoes!
Sunday 3rd April - My Birthday!!
For the actual day of birthday Callum, my sister and I went to Bicester for a little look round and I was a good girl and only got a new moisturiser and two delicious crepes. We never end up staying at Bicester for very long as most of the shops there aren't our cup of tea so we drove down the road to the town and have a little walk round in the sunshine which was lovely. After we sat in the sun for a nice drink at the local pub we went to Buddies for dinner and I had beautiful burger.
Monday 4th April
After a busy weekend I was pretty tried so a friend of mine and I went for a pub lunch and had a lazy day in the sun chatting and making plans for the following weekend.
Tuesday 5th April
I had a rather boring day on Tuesday and caught up with my washing, blogging and tv shows, wish is very important. But in the evening I picked Callum up from work, made burger and chips for dinner (which was tasty) and went to the cinema to finally see Beauty and the Beast. Callum wasn't too much of a fan of the film but I loved it and can't wait to watch it again on dvd.
Wednesday 6th April
On this day I didn't do anything other than be lazy watching youtube videos and reading blog posts but in the evening I went to go see one of my oldest friends in his new house which was great. I haven't seen him for months and looking at his new build only made me more excited to get into mine!
Thursday 7th April
On Wednesday my friend and I went to a kids park called Wickstead Park which has big fields, a long route to walk, a play area and rides for all ages. It was a lovely day weather wise and once we had enough of the sun we went back to hers and made a homemade cheesecake which looked amazing if I do say so myself. After sitting in the conservatory for a few hours I spent the rest of my evening relaxing in the bath.
Friday 8th April
On Friday I went to lunch with some friends at Kaspers Deserts which is the best thing to ever be invented. It is basically a restaurant which sells cakes, crepes, waffles, ice creams and anything else you can think of. I would highly recommend this place. Then in the evening I spent the evening eating take away and having a belated birthday sleepover with my friends which I haven't done since I was about 15.
Saturday 9th April
After I finally woke up on Saturday after the sleepover my friend and I decided to grab some lunch from Waitrose and went and sat in the park to caught a tan until the early evening. The perfect way to end a sunny and relaxing week off!

Trying to pick just 10 beauty products that I have loved during last year is always hard because I go in between different products all the time so narrowing them down is hard. I have narrowed it down to 10 picks which I have been head over heels with during the year.
Origins GinZing Moisturiser
I have spoken about this moisturiser many times before and it is a favourite of mine for many reason. I prefer using this moisturiser underneath my makeup rather than any of my other moisturisers as it sinks into my skin so easily I don't feel like I have anything on my skin. It leaves my skin really soft and smooth so applying foundation afterwards is so easy.
L'oreal True Match Foundation
I tried three new foundations in 2016 and this is one of them. I knew this was a blogger favourite so I finally purchased a bottle to try myself and I am so glad that I did. It gives my skin the most amazing finish and gives my skin a boost of life. It covers all my imperfections and lasts all day on my face so its gets a big thumbs up from me. This is the foundation I apply when I am going out for a night out and I want my skin to look a-m-a-zing.
L'Oreal Infallible Matte Foundation
This is the second new foundation I tried in 2016 and again I loved it after trying it. It is such a easy product to wear, I would feel completely confidence applying this foundation in the dark. It gives a really good coverage which can be built up for a evening look and gives my skin a a flawless finish. I never have to worry about my red cheeks peeking through as this foundation lasts all day and doesn't look cakey after a few hours wear.
Revlon Colourstay Foundation
The last foundation I'm going to talk about today is this little beauty. Just like the L'Oreal foundation, I would feel confident applying this foundation in the dark because it always turns out looking great. This is my everyday foundation which I can apply in a rush and know I don't have to worry about my makeup before I leave because it blends into the skin so easily it doesn't look like I am wearing foundation.
Maybelline Mastersculpt Highlight and Contour
I really don't mix up my contour products very much so this contour and highlight duo from Maybelline have been in my makeup bag all year. It is the perfect contour shade for me and is my favourite product for contouring in my whole collection. I do use the contour shade more then the highlighter shade but you can never have enough highlighters in your collection.
NYX Soft Matte Lip Creams
NYX cosmetics have exploded this year and I totally understand why after trying a few of their products. I came a bit late to the party which isn't really a surprise with me anymore but I am so glad that I finally gave into the hype. I currently have three Soft Matte Lip Creams in the shades Abu Dhai, Cannes and San Paulo and I love them all so far. The pigmentation of the lip creams are so good and because the product is so creamy they look amazing on the lips even if you have quite dry lips like me. If you have read my Liquid Lipstick Collection post then you will know that I have purchased these products from NYX, Collection and Bodyshop and I reach for my NYX products why more than the other brands.
Clinique Colour Pop Lipsticks
It will be no shock that I have included these lipsticks in my yearly favourites as I have spoke about these in so many posts this year. The formula of these lipsticks is one of my favourite in my whole collection, the lipsticks are so creamy and moisturising but the pigmentation packs such a good punch which you don't always get with moisturising lip products. The Red and Nude shade have been my go to products for most of the year, I hardly wear the pink shade as I am not very much of a pink girl but I can bear to separate the three.
Maybelline Colour Tattoo // On and On Bronze
Cream Eye Shadows have been one of the main makeup trends of 2016 and I took full advantage of all the new releases snagging some amazing products through the year and my all time favourite cream eye shadow out of them all is the Maybelline Colour Tattoo in On and On Bronze. I've spoke about this product in many posts and so many bloggers love this shade as well so I agree with them all in saying it is amazing. When I want a really simple easy makeup look but I still want to look like I have put in some effort, I reach for On and On Bronze. It is a gorgeous golden bronze shade which is perfect to wear by itself with a nude lip or underneath a powder glitter shade to really pack a punch. I love this product during Christmas time, especially if I finish work at 6 and need to be ready for a Christmas party at half past!
Revolution Salvation Palette // What You Waiting For?
Picking my favourite palette from the whole year was really difficult, really really difficult. I have narrowed it down to one palette that through the year I have pulled out and shown some real love to. The shades in this Salvation palette are absolutely beautiful and you can mix and match with all the shades in the palette to create some lovely looks. My favourite combo is to use Hot Track all over the lid and then place Moving Car over the top and it gives my eyes a beautiful bronze-y shimmer feel. I really need to start using the other shimmer shades more but every time I go to use it, I see Moving Car and immediately wack it on my eye lip because I love it so much.
What were some of your favourite makeup products from the year?

It has become a tradition for me to do a round up post around New Years on my most popular posts of the year. I usually write about my top 5 posts of the year but since they seem to be very similar to my top 5 last year so I'm going to take you through my top 10 this time around to change it up.
1. How To Style | Ripped Jeans
This post still gets a lot of love 2 years on and I am so happy as I loved writing it. I take you through my favourite looks that I style with ripped jeans from checked shirts to over sized jumpers to winter boots. I got all the photos from Pinterest which is my main source of inspiration for most of my outfits.
2. Kiko Universal Fit Hydrating Foundation
This is another post which a year on still gets so much love. I was really excited to try this foundation and sadly I don't still have it in my collection after using it up and never repurchasing it. Since this post I have tried loads more products from Kiko and it has become one of my favourite brands for eye products.
3. Why Lily Collins Will Forever Be My Girl Crush
This post is all about my favorite gal on the planet. I run through a list of reason why she is amazing and why she is my girl crush and trust me, there are quite a few. If you love Lily too then you will love all the photos I included.
4. Pure Lips
You guys should know by now how much I love Newlook makeup. For a high street clothing brand I think most of their products are top notch. A popular post of mine is this post on my first 4 Pure Colour lipsticks that I bought, shock the lipsticks are all nude but you know me very well. Since then I have bought soooooo much makeup from the brand and definitely recommend to everyone.
5. Why Short Girls Have More Fun
I wrote this post after having all my hair chopped off and I felt like a new women tbh. I have been trying to grow my hair for so long but it never seemed to reach further than my shoulders so I took the plunge and cut my hair into a short bob. I absolutely loved it so wrote a post about all the great thing about having short hair. It also features me other girl crush Jenna Louise Coleman.
6. Pure Colour Collection | The Good, The Bad and The Wonderful!
So you know I love Newlook makeup and this bumper post includes all of my collection from their old collection. They have recently re-branded their range so non of the products look the same as in their post but it does give you an idea of how good their products are and which ones to look out for.
7. My Hair Inspiration
Linked to my previous post about why I loved having short hair, I posted this first of all the beautiful women who inspired my to chop off my hair. It includes beauties like Poppy Deyes, Wonderful You and Jenna Louise Coleman. It also shows off my new hair which sadly has totally grown out now.
8. Rimmel Foundations | The Formulas
Rimmel foundations have always been one of my brands to use so I had to write a post about all my favourites. It includes Wake Me Up, Match Perfection and Lasting Finish which are firm favourites in my collection. You really can't go wrong with this brand.
9. LaRoc Beginners Eye Shadow Palette
In this post I talk through this amazing eye shadow palette I found on eBay for £4.99. It is a right bargain and definitely deserves a look if your love brown and golden shades. It is a big chunky for travel but you have everything you would need to do god knows how many makeup looks.
10. 5 Things I Wish I Knew At The Start | Blogging
This post is slightly different to my normal posts as I talk about a few things I wish I knew when I started my blog how many years ago. A lot of you found this post really helpful which made me really happy and made the post worth while.
I just want to say thank you to everyone who had followed my little blog this year and a huge thank you to everyone who has followed my blog for a long while. I love writing this blog and I am so happy people enjoy reading it as much as I enjoy writing it xxx

I have quite a few new beauty bits that have made their way into my makeup collection recently and some of them are so so pretty. You know I am a sucker for pretty packaging and even prettier products. A lot of the products are for eyes but what can I say, I am a keen eye shadow shopper!
I picked up a new lipstick from Max Factor called 837 Sunbronze which is a super pretty shinny mauve /pink which is perfect for this time of year. Yes I know it is very similar to most of my other lipsticks but it really hydrating and packs a lot of power. I love the colour and shin the product gives my lips and the gold packaging is definitely eye catching.
I hadn't invested in a new mascara in months so I went for a shop and picked up the Revlon Volume and Length mascara which I have had my eye on for a while. I love the concept of having different mascara to do different jobs for my eye lashes. I picked up the volume and length version as my eyelashes are quite short and stumpy this is great at making them long and fluttery.
The first of my eye shadow products is another Kiko cream crush pot in the shade 05 which is a shimmery sheer creamy glitter. In some lights the product looks pink and in other lights it looks silver especially if you apply more product. It is so gorgeous and would make a brilliant highlighter as well (if not over applied)
I also purchased this single shadow from L'oreal in the shade Lumiere 500 which I am very excited about. I mean look at it! It is a gorgeous bright gold which is so pigmented so you have to be careful not to be too crazy with it. I haven't used it properly on my eyes yet as I don't think this is a everyday shade. This would be great for Christmas party makeup for sure! I will definitely make use of it soon.
A new quad that I have picked up is by Rimmel in the shade 002 Smokey Brun. It is the perfect everyday eye shadow quad in my eyes as it has great everyday shades and is a great size to take on the go. I like using this palette for a subtle smokey eye which these colours are great for.
The last product I've purchased lately is a cute little eye shadow palette from Seventeen in Birthday Suit. I have never tried a Seventeen palette before which I think it a crime after I have swatched this beauty. The pigmentation of the eye shadows is really good, the cream eye shadows I am still a bit unimpressed with but I am looking forward to playing around with this palette at a later point.
In the last few weeks I have purchased a few extra little lip treats for myself (because I deserve a treat for no reason) and I wanted to show them to you since I am a little excited about them. Where I live I don't have any Boots shops that stock NYK products, not even the MK store has them! So when I went to Leicester with my boyfriend and friends and noticed they has a NYK counter, well I was quite embarrassing if I do say so myself. I had to leave with something so I picked up the Butter Gloss in shade 15 Angle Food Cake. It is a mauve coloured nude which is my favourite lip colour at the moment as you can tell from my previous post. I love a lip gloss recently and after trying this butter gloss I am excited to get a few more shades.
My next purchase was the Soap and Glory Sexy Mother Pucker Lipgloss (see the theme here?) in Plumsup. I had an old Sexy Mother Pucker lipgloss in my stash that just needed to be thrown away so I re-purchased a new one and I forgot how tingly it made my lips! The sensation is probably the best thing about the product and then there is the plumping of my lips. I don't have small lips anyway but sometimes you do want your lips to be bigger and juicer. Again this shade is my favourite nudey shade which I know I will get a lot of use out of.
Lastly I picked up the Bodyshop Lip and Cheek Stain in Deep Berry 029 as a whim really. I didn't have any in my collection yet and I wanted a shade which I knew would be something I could get a lot of use out of and this dark berry colour is perfect for me. It is very pigmented but a watery consistently like most lip stains, I find that this lasts longer on my lips then the products I have tried years ago. I usually apply a small amount on my lips with the wand and then use my finger to blend it out and cover every inch of my lips. It dries quickly and then lasts for ages on my lips which is why I wanted it, it makes it look like I have permanent rosey lips which only you guys will know is not true.
I have a big obsession with highlighters like most beauty bloggers these days and I love talking about them. I have a few posts about highlighters already under my belt including Highlighting on a budget and Shopping my stash | Highlighters but now it is time to talk about my all time favourite highlighters in my collection.
I'll start with my only pallet in the post, the Collection Contour Kit - Highlight and Sculpt. This is one pallet where I can safely say I make use of both the shades in this kit. The highlighter is so beautiful and super pigmented for the price of £4.19. Unlike some palettes you actually get a generous size of product so it should last my for a long time unless I start going crazy with the highlight.
I have two Revolution highlighter products which I love to pieces and always go back to. I have had the Vivid Baked Highlighter in Peach Lights for nearly a year now and I haven't even hit pan yet which is amazing. I do love powder highlight as I think it tends to last longer and this powder is so pigmented and blends so lovely on the skin and on top of other makeup. I also have it in Pink lights which is beautiful to wear as well and is as pigmented as the peach version.
I also have The One Highlighter Stick by Revolution which is so so pretty. Although I tend to use powder highlighters more often then stick versions, I do have two favourites in my stash and this is one of them. I find this gorgeous stick is super creamy and doesn't budge my foundation which I find in some sticks, it gives a gorgeous effect to the skin and it reminds me of Nars Copacabana highlighter.
Lastly I have two Newlook Pure Colour highlighters which I love love love. The first is the Baked Highlighter Powder in 93 Gold which I use as a bronzer/highlighter as it is the prefect shade to give a bit of colour to your cheeks as well as some sparkle. The pigmentation of the highlighter is insane and I use this product all the time and still haven't hit pan (I don't actually think I have hit pan on any of my highlighters which makes me happy).
My final product is the Pure Colour highlighter Stick in 93 Gold. Like the Revolution stick, the Newlook stick doesn't budge any of my foundation when I apply it and it is so smooth and creamy when you apply it and again, leaves a beautiful shimmer to the skin. Since this stick is a little bit smaller then the Revolution stick it is perfect to add highlighter to your nose and brow arch, which might be too small for the bigger sticks to fit in.

Recently my everyday skincare routine has had a few products added to the collection and they have been a happy addition to the pile. My skin has become super dry and irritable lately so I digged out a few of my old favourites and a completely new addition to change up my skin.
Liz Earle Cleanse & Polish
This is a new addition to my skincare routine and I know I am incredibly late to the party. This is a sample from a very old Birchbox (older than I'd care to admit) and I have only just recently started trying it out. It does say you can use this on your eyes and I have seen countless people use it in videos but it does smell very chemically (but that might just be the age of the product...). Other than that I have loved using it to take my makeup off, it makes my skin feel very clean and fresh which is just what I want from a cleanser. I am debating with myself whether it out shines the Lush Ultrabland Cleanser, they both are great at taking my makeup off but the Lush Cleanser does leave a residue on my skin I've recently found.
Origins Original Skin Retexturizing Rose Clay Mask
I have had this product for some time and enjoyed using it thoroughly but it has only been recently that I have used it on a regular basis to help my skin. It feels really refreshing on the skin and when I feel like my skin is dry and flaky, this gets rid of all the nasty dead skin cells and leaves my face super smooth and soft. The product has lasted me ages so far and I use it all over my face every time so I'm impressed with how much product they give you.
Origins Out Of Trouble 10 Minute Mask
I have spoke about this spot mask before in previous posts and it still makes an appearance now and again when my face has a few visitors. This mask is my favourite product to use as a overnight treatment for spots, it reduces redness and size and helps the spot vacate from my face. It is great at drying out big white heads if you don't partially want to pop them, eww I know. I only use a little dab on the problem area so this product is going to last me so long!
Since I have loads left of the Origins masks I will only need to repurchase a normal size bottle of the Liz Earle cleanser when I run out, which I can see happening very soon! Are there any other products similar to these that you think I might like?

A trend that I have really been embracing this year is primers and I have a collection of pretty good products in my stash now. Mainly all drugstore but I do have a special mention for one high end product which I love. I have recently finally purchased the Nivea Mens Post Shaving Balm which I am currently trying out so I wanted to take a look at my beloved old favourites before this product takes over my life.
Revolution Ultra Face Base Primer
I think this was the first ever primer I purchased and and the only silicone formula I have in my collection. I love the finish this gives my skin, it always feels like baby skin after I've used it and it does a great job of keeping my makeup in place all day. I need to repurchase this primer again as I'm nearly running out and I like to have it in my stash to go back to all the time.
Newlook Pure Colour Mattifying Primer
I've spoken about this product before quite a few time most recently on Pure Colour Collection so you will know how much I am fond of this product. It really works at stopping my skin from turning oily or shinny during the day and keeps my makeup up to scratch when I'm running around all day.
Benefit Pore-fessional Primer
This is a blogger classic which over the years I have received lots of samples of so I have never had to fork out on a full size which is helpful! The texture of this product is my favourite out of them all as it so soft and creamy on your skin. I tend to use this when I am going out for the evening or for special occasions.
Lastly I have a special mention for my Dior Pore Mininizer Primer which is my favourite (and only) high end primer. This is so luxurious for a primer and my ultra party primer potion for when I go to very special occasions, this baby isn't getting wasted!
I read this post on Miss Makeup Magpie's blog recently which I loved and thought was a great idea, so I wanted to see for myself which out of my 100 blog posts was the most popular. You can read Gemma's post here.
What really shocked me when I went on the statistics page on Bloglovin today was that the top posts that had been my most popular for ages now were no where to be seen, this made me feel quite good that new people were starting to read my old posts and enjoy them it seems :)
My most popular post from this year was my Naughty H&M Beauty Haul which I posted back in January. I showed you guys all of the H&M make up products that I had purchased online and I was quite excited to try out the products because H&M doesn't really spring to mind as a 'make up shop'. I was pleasantly surprised by the products and would recommend them all.
My second most popular post was my Things That Make Me Happy from March. In this post I named for you the things I enjoy doing that keep me feeling happy, without sounding really corny. These were and are all things I love to do when I am either in a great mood or need to cheer myself up.
My third most popular post was my Beauty Haul from March. I enjoyed writing this post because it was a good shopping day for me and I ended up with so much that I couldn't wait to try out. Most of the stuff in the haul I still have now or have repurchased (apart from the fake tan as I am way too lazy at the moment to even think about tanning!) so I picked wisely.
My fourth most popular post was the Liebster Award from January. I only started my blog in the first week of January so to be nominated by someone always for it in the same month made me incredibly happy. I didn't know what it was so I was excited to make my input. I'm not surprised it was popular as most bloggers now know what it is and so are intrigued in who nominated who and what questions they answered. I have been nominated again by Copper Pink so I shall be doing another post hopefully soon once I have the time.
My last most popular post was my How To Style | Ripped Jeans post from just November. I don't consider myself a fashion blogger by all means, I am the furthest thing to it, but I do enjoy writing these types of posts. I am always on Pinterest getting ideas for outfits or making myself sad at all the pretty clothes that I don't have so bringing all them ideas together into one post excites me. I'm planning on writing more 'how to style' posts this year, maybe for clothing that isn't that popular and trends that I put my own little twist on. You'll have to stay tuned to find out!
I'd just like to say that over Christmas Chelsea Loves reached 100 Bloglovin followers and since then have gained even more so I'd just like to say thank you to everyone who followed this little blog, a year ago or a week ago as this is my favourite little hobby and I enjoy it so much :)
